How it works
It is a holder, not a pump. Nothing motorised, nothing to charge, nothing that touches your medication.

Load the syringe
Set the plunger where you want it, then slide the carriage to that point and lock it with the thumbscrew.

Seat the vial
The vial clamps inverted above the syringe, so you draw from under the liquid instead of chasing the last of it around the bottle.

Walk away
The fixture holds both parts steady while the oil comes across. Come back when you are ready.
Why it lands on the number
This is the question people ask most, so here is the plain answer. The carriage holds the plunger at a fixed point. Once you set it at 19 units, that position is a hard stop — the syringe fills to the mark and stops there. It cannot creep past a plunger that is being physically held.
By hand you pull slightly past your number, wait, then push back down to land on it. That is where the guesswork and the “close enough” doses come from. Here you set the number first and the draw comes to you.
